Making a dress for my daughters is a great fun which both them and I enjoy immensely. Recently, I found a cute blue cotton material with hearts and decided to upcycle it to make a dress for my older daughter. The final product was adorable and I even had some material left.
That’s when an idea struck me. I thought of making a matching outfit, headband, and purse for my daughter’s baby doll. The thought of my daughter playing with her doll dressed in a matching outfit brought a smile to my face.
So, I got to work and started designing the outfit. I used the remaining material to make a little dress, a headband with a little button at the front, which makes it look like a flower, and a small purse.
Seeing your child happy and content is the ultimate reward. The matching outfit for her doll may seem like a small gesture, but it’s moments like these that make being a parent so special.
